100

For demanding usage.
Wide-ranging flow rate and constant spraying pattern.
SCHLICK hollow-cone nozzles atomise pressurised liquids into very fine droplets and thereby provide a large specific surface. The quality of the atomised spray and the droplet spectrum depend on the bore diameter, the pressure difference, the spray angle, the density, the viscosity and the surface tension.
Liquids with higher viscosities and surface tension must be tested for their atomisation with hollow-cone nozzles. Compared with water, the fineness of the atomisation is generally coarser.
