930

Scope for wide surfaces
External mixing two-substance nozzle with continuous flat jet regulation
If larger areas need to be sprayed evenly or wide material webs need to be moistened, the SCHLICK 930 Classic Line model is in its element. For wide areas in particular, the two-substance nozzle’s skills shine and allow the user sufficient scope for variation. With a flat jet spray angle of up to 90 degrees, wide applications are no problem.
The variety of possible applications for the 930 Classic Line two-substance nozzle is facilitated by a smart modular system, as the individual modules from the system can be combined into a plethora of designs. Based on viscosity, flow rate, density and surface tension, the series can be supplied with regulation needle or cleaning needle.

For Industries and Applications
Available in various designs
Modular system

The nozzles of the 930 model series are produced using a modular system, and are available in various designs in order to allow for optimum adjustment in terms of viscosity, flow rate, density and surface tension.
Form 0
Basic model with blind plugs.
To atomise liquids that are suctioned or supplied at a slight gradient. For even distribution on large, specific surfaces.
Form 1
Blind plugs with swirl chamber. To finely atomise pressurised liquids. Particularly suitable for installation in material web moistening systems etc.
Form 3
With manual cleaning needle.
Fast cleaning of the nozzle orifice during operation. To atomise sticky, unclean or highly viscous liquids.
Form 4
Design with liquid quantity regulation needle. This design is particularly suitable for applications and atomisation tasks with highly variable flow rates.
Form 5
Like form 4, but with a highly precise scale at the liquid regulation needle for reproducible precision adjustment of the flow rate for trials, lab, etc.
Form 6
Design with straight (centric) liquid supply. This design is particularly suitable for the atomisation of highly viscous solutions, pastes, lacquers,
oils, etc.
Form 7
With pneumatic control through atomising air. The nozzle needle (also available as a cleaning needle) closes automatically and abruptly. Ideal for marking, signing and rhythmic spraying. No dripping.
Form 7-1
The same as form 7. However, the control takes place using control air via a separate connection. The atomising air does not need to be shut off. No dripping.
Form 8
With solenoid valve, normal version: 230 V, 50 Hz, 100% ED, max. 55°C ambient temperature, protection class: IP 65, cycling frequency: only limited by switchover time
