Model 848 and 0/48 are true specialists when it comes to very fine atomisation over large areas. Thanks to their design with mushroom head technology, these models can produce very fine droplets. This allows them to fully atomise pure liquids.

When a custom solution becomes standard, this is usually due to demand. This was how the 0/48 and 848 model variants with double air atomisation came about. The two-substance atomisation divides the atomising air into two channels inside the nozzle in order to atomise the liquid more efficiently with two phase limits. As a result, the process increases the fineness of the droplets still further, even with a high liquid flow rate. The increase in efficiency that this achieves quickly balances out the higher consumption of energy and atomising air.
