Internal mixing at it‘s best
Maximum surface coverage with minimal energy consumption
The 0/64-0/60 nozzle series is impressive in practical use thanks to its fine atomisation and great surface coverage. The optimised SCHLICK internal mixing chamber makes all the difference in comparison with similar models. It also contributes to lower energy consumption and an even volume flow density throughout the entire spray.
The quantity and arrangement of the exit bore holes on the nozzle body is adjusted to the respective requirement profile and precisely produced on a customer-specific basis. This specific design achieves the large scatter cone width and the huge increase in area coverage, which may be up to 900 percent in comparison with the external mixing variant.

For Industries and Applications
Available in various designs
Modular system

The nozzles are produced using a modular system, and are available in various designs in order to allow for optimum adjustment in terms of viscosity, flow rate, density and surface tension.
Form 0
Basic model with blind plugs. For even distribution on large, specific surfaces. Easy installation/removal and maintenance.
Form 3
With manual cleaning needle. Fast cleaning of the nozzle orifice during operation. To atomise sticky, unclean or highly viscous liquids.
Form 4
Design with liquid quantity regulation needle. This design is particularly suitable for applications and atomisation tasks with highly variable flow rates.
Form 6
Design with straight (centric) liquid supply. This design is particularly suitable for the atomisation of highly viscous solutions, pastes, lacquers, oils, etc.
Form 7-1
With pneumatic control through control air. The nozzle needle (also available as a cleaning needle) closes the liquid outlet automatically. Ideal for rhythmic spraying tasks. No dripping.
