Pressure Nozzles
118

Very hard-wearing.
Extremely robust – even with abrasive media.
SCHLICK carbide nozzles allow for an extremely fine spray. They are particularly suitable for atomising abrasive media at both low and high pressures. The model 118 carbide nozzle is characterised by particularly fine hollow cone atomisation. Both the orifice unit and the swirl insert are manufactured from carbide metal, and can optionally be polished or unpolished.
Replacing the orifice unit allows for numerous variations, including different spray angles. Thanks to the large, free cross-sections, there is only a low risk of blockages. Operating safety is guaranteed up to 150 bar.
