SCHLICK has replaced the geometry of conventional flat jet nozzles with a clever new design. The rounded shape of the ABC nozzle orifice helps reduce turbulence to prevent circulating dust particles from building up on the nozzle.

The PCA consists of individual blocks that can be easily linked, each with one nozzle. The system operates according to the ‘manifold’ principle and was specially developed for demanding applications such as (tablet) coating or sugar coating.

The Spray-unit creates a perfect connection between supply unit and nozzle. Media-connector and nozzle are tightly and securely connected. For example, via a screw thread, clamp connection or push-in connector, or even using customised solutions.

Two-substance nozzles rely on a second medium (compressed air, gas or steam). The result is a very fine atomisation even in the case of highly viscous liquids or suspensions. A distinction is made between internal and external mixing nozzles.

A three-substance or four-substance nozzle is the right choice when it comes to atomising several liquids with one nozzle. This is the case, for example, with combustion or chemical mixing processes whereby several liquids have to be processed.

Pressure nozzles – which are also known as 'single-substance nozzles' – use their own energy to atomise the liquid. There is usually no need for any additional compressed air or steam. All kinds of sprays and droplet sizes are possible, depending on the type of nozzle and process parameters concerned.

SCHLICK cleaning nozzles are suitable for a variety of purposes. Spring-operated pressure nozzles, for example, produce a wider fluid jet with a hollow cone spray pattern. Automatic rotating nozzle heads are especially suited for cleaning containers.

SCHLICK dosing systems have been specially developed for installation in spray systems with pulsed operation. They enable precise dosing without any dripping or idling whatsoever. Industry sectors where substances need to be physically modified with precision regularly use these systems.
