Sewer and pipe cleaning nozzles are specialized tools used in pipe and sewer technology to remove blockages and thoroughly clean pipes. The EHS range includes a wide variety of designs, from simple one-piece nozzles to complex rotating or milling models specifically designed for more demanding cleaning tasks.

EHS sewer and pipe cleaning nozzles are available in a wide range of dimensions and thus support a very wide range of applications. Adapted to the respective sewer or pipe diameter.

Functional designs
The diameter and number of bore holes are adjusted to suit individual needs. In some cases, the nozzles are pulled through the pipe automatically as a result of the recoil.
Special and custom versions
The EHS product range includes all common spray shapes and covers pressure ratios up to 750 bar. With our standard materials, we can precisely meet a wide range of requirements. If special technical features are required, we go one step further and develop customized solutions for our customers.

Depending on the material used (and the application), EHS sewer and pipe cleaning nozzles are equipped with customized bores – in terms of number and spray angle. For even greater flexibility, nozzles are available for use with specially hardened nozzle exit unit. The nozzle exit units are available with various bore sizes, are extremely robust, and very easy to replace.

The EHS Shredder Ball 65 has a compact design and delivers highly efficient milling performance – even when used in narrow pipe bends – and is ideal for removing mineral deposits such as limescales or roots. Converted with the special milling head BREAKER (optional available) the Shredder Ball is best suited to remove even strong roots and blockages.
